3+ years as the brand's sole writer, responsible for defining, evolving and owning the tone of voice across every touchpoint, balancing warmth, wit, luxury and substance from international out-of-home campaigns right down to product descriptions.

Created and maintained copy guidelines. Partnered with channel owners on A/B testing, using performance insights to shape copy that not only engaged, but converted. Explored and integrated AI tools to streamline workflows, sharpen thinking and make better work, faster.

Spent just shy of 2 years writing for Boden, collaborating with the Senior Copywriter and Head of Copy across all channels and customer-facing touchpoints. Moved seamlessly between brand-building storytelling (monthly catalogues and social captions) and sales-driving moments (Black Friday, Summer Sale, abandoned cart flows).

Researched and wrote for the Health & Wellness Hub, liaising with Legal Services and the Chief Pharmacist’s Office to keep content accurate and compliant.
